Leaving her paradise in Samoa to find her own paradise in Sweden, Lucy Larsson’s journey has taken her across oceans from New Zealand, Germany, Denmark, Kosovo, France, Morocco to Vietnam. With a challenging path into the Swedish society, overcoming the language barrier and obstacles in her career, Lucy emphasises the importance of prioritising yourself, daring to look ahead and taking a leap of faith to change your life around.
With courage and determination, she has today gained more than 16 years of experience in leading roles in HR & training development in companies and organizations including the UN, Swedish Civil Contingency Agency (MSB) and the Swedish Armed Forces.
